At Paw Palace, your satisfaction—and your pet’s well‑being—are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process works:

Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in their original, unused condition. If a product is defective due to a manufacturer’s fault, you’re covered under our 30‑day warranty.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at wleisa143@gmail.com or (815) 823‑9279 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item.

Return Shipping
For defective items, we’ll cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. Approved returns are processed within 5 business days. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been issued or your replacement has shipped.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as your return is approved.
